Our Story
Nestled along the scenic Rheenendal Road, Old Road Trading Co. is a revival of heritage, heart, and handcrafted goodness. Housed in the beautiful building that once belonged to Tottie's original general store, est. 1922.
You'll find us in front of Totties Country Market, one of the Garden Route's best-loved country destinations. Step inside and discover a thoughtfully curated collection of one-of-a-kind hand-crafted pieces, artisan furniture, antiques, local soaps, apparel, and treasures you won't find anywhere else.

The Rheenendal Road — the scenic "Old Road" through Knysna's countryside — has carried travellers, traders, and stories for generations. Our name honours that living history and the spirit of the original general store that stood here nearly a century ago.
